Do I need to prepare my own server?

You need a cloud server with at least 2 cores and 2 GB of RAM; mainstream providers in China and abroad are all fine. After purchase, we provide deployment assistance, and domain resolution and HTTPS certificates are configured as well.

Where is my data stored?

All of it is in your own server and database. We do not host your site, and we cannot access your customer information or inquiry data — this is the most fundamental difference between private deployment and SaaS.

I don't understand technology. Can I use it?

The admin panel is visual: product listing, multiple languages, multiple currencies, template switching, and page design are all done by clicking in the admin panel. Daily operations do not require touching code.

Do templates and plugins need to be purchased separately?

The plan already includes the templates and plugins for the corresponding plan: Basic 2 sets (including the built-in default template), Advanced 4 sets, Enterprise 8 sets, and Flagship all of them. If you want more, templates can be purchased separately; plugins in upgrade packages are not sold separately.

Is there an extra charge for upgrades?

Within the same license period, version updates are completed with one click in the admin panel at no extra charge. If a cross-major-version upgrade is required, we will explain it separately in advance.

What exactly does GEO Agent do?

It organizes products and brand into structured facts that AI retrievers can understand, so that tools like ChatGPT, Doubao, and Perplexity cite you when answering "who can do this" — instead of giving all the traffic to ad slots.

How many plugins are included in the version I bought?

There are 53 plugins in the entire system. Inquiry sites can use up to 40, and online stores can use up to 50, effective according to the version you choose. The Flagship version includes all of them, and future additions are also free.

How is GEO Agent calculated?

Annually, in the same period as the plan. Advanced can be added separately, 3 articles per day; Enterprise already includes it, 5 articles per day. If the volume is not enough, you can contact customer service to add more.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using www.geovantage.net and the software and licensing services provided therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

We provide private deployment and technical licensing services for cross-border e-commerce standalone site systems (including B2B / B2C site-building systems, templates, and plugins). Specific entitlements, template quantities, and quotas are subject to the package you purchase.

2. Account and Security

You shall provide true and valid registration information and are responsible for all activities under your account. Losses caused by disclosure of your account password shall be borne by you; please contact us immediately if you notice any anomalies.

3. Licensing Scope

Licenses are issued per domain/site with signature verification; one license corresponds to one production site.
Licenses may not be transferred, resold, rented, or used for a number of sites exceeding the scope of the purchased package.
Test environments are for functional verification and do not count toward the production site quota.
Do not bypass, crack, or remove the license verification mechanism.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Prices are subject to the page display at the time the order is submitted. We collect payments through third-party payment channels (such as Alipay). Invoices may be requested in the admin panel after order completion; the specific types and timelines are subject to the instructions on the order page.

5. Delivery and Updates

The system and templates are delivered via online download/remote deployment. During the license validity period, you may obtain versions we release through "System Updates"; updates do not change the licensing scope set forth in these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the system code, templates, documentation, and trademarks belong to us or the respective rights holders. You obtain a license to use, not ownership. Without written permission, you may not remove copyright notices or use them for redistribution.

7. Service Availability and Support

We make every effort to ensure service availability and provide fault remediation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance; custom development, data migration, and secondary development beyond the standard support scope require separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for indirect losses arising from service unavailability or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party service interruptions (payment, cloud services, network), or your own operations; our aggregate liability shall be limited to the fees you have actually paid for the Service.

9. Termination of Service

If you materially breach these terms (such as cracking licenses, reselling, or unlawful use), we have the right to suspend or terminate the Service without refunding fees already collected. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China. The parties shall resolve disputes through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the competent people's court at our location for adjudication.
